What is a teeth cleaning?
Our team will conduct a thorough examination of your pet's teeth and gums. Our team has years of experience which enable them to provide safe and fast removal of tartar and plaque from your pet's teeth, followed by polishing, an anti-bacterial rinse, and then application of Oravet tooth sealant to slow down the buildup of plaque and tarter over time.
Treatment allows your pet to clean their teeth in a safe environment using proprietary techniques while under sedation with close monitoring of all your pet's vital signs. Just like getting your own teeth cleaned, your pet remains awake. When the procedure is done, we are able to reverse the effects of the sedation.

What if my dog or cat is old?
Dogs or cats that are 7 years of age or older are considered seniors. For senior pets, we start with a wellness exam and do a full blood panel to ensure that they are healthy enough for the procedure to ensure their safety. In the event that something shows up in the exam or the bloodwork results that is not favorable, we will address this with you to recommend a proper course of treatment.
