How long does the appointment take?
Depending on the conditions of your cat's teeth it can take anywhere from an hour to hour and a half. If you need any vaccine updates, a nail trim or ear cleaning, we can do that at the same time as well as answer any other concerns.
Do you do dental cleanings on senior cats? (7 years or older)
Yes, however, on senior cats, we need to perform a comprehensive wellness exam first along with a full pre-sedation bloodwork to ensure your pet is healthy enough for the procedure.
If your pet is healthy enough, we recommend adding blood work alongside the dental cleaning package to ensure their safety.
If not, we will explain why and help address any issues, discussing the wellness exam and the necessary blood work with you.
